Find answers, ask questions, and connect with our community of HealthStream users and experts. Take advantage of interactive discussions, support documentation, live webinars, and on-demand webinars. Content is organized by support communities and further segmented in product pages. Be sure to enable notifications, add a photo to your profile, and read through the New User resources on this page.

Ideas - Submit, review, and vote on ideas and enhancement requests.
Thanks for joining the HealthStream Community! We know that getting started can be a little overwhelming, so we pulled together some resources to help you get started!
  • To access your profile, click your user portal at the top-right, followed by Profile. Getting-Started-Profile.png
  • This is your primary profile, where you can share any information about yourself you'd like to your fellow community members to know. Things like a personal bio, your education and job history, and any other awards or associations that you're proud of. Bonus points for uploading your profile picture!
  • Also on your profile are your Stated and Observed Interests. These are essential to receiving relevant content in your community notifications.
  • Add any Stated Interests (Products) you are an administrator for or would like to learn more about.
  • Observed Interests are added to your profile based on your interactions in the Community. Review your Observed Interests and click the X next to any that you'd like to remove.
  • If you're new to HealthStream Community, the JumpStart Community is a great place to start. In JumpStart, you will find videos and tutorials that will get you up and running.
  • As a member of HealthStream Community, you have access to a variety of Product and Support Communities, Toolkits, and Resource Centers. Under the Communities tab in the nav bar, click 'My Communities' to see all of the communities that you have access to.

  • Navigate to your profile and click on the "My Account" tab. Choose "Community Notifications" from the drop-down menu. On that page, there are subscription options: Personalized Digest & Real Time Discussion Emails, Personalized Digest, No Email.

  • For each discussion, you have the following delivery options:
    • Personalized Digest & Real Time Discussion Emails: Personalized digest and real-time emails for discussion threads related to your Stated Interests.
    • Daily digest: A daily email summarizing all content relevant to your preferences, interests, and activity.
    • No Email: allows you to be part of the group without having emails sent to you. You can still post and read others’ messages by logging into the community site.
