Here are a few additions and updates made in the most recent release.

Message Center
- The Date timestamps in the Message Center now reflect the time zone configured for the location in which the messages are viewed. Users with a Superuser access level can view the time zone for a location by selecting Superuser > System Settings > Location.
- From the top menu, select Staff > Message Center.
- Select the Sent Items tab. The location’s time zone is reflected in the Date column timestamp.

- Select the View Status (envelope) button next to a message. The Message Details window displays the location’s time zone in the Sent Message Date and Delivery Date column timestamps.

Inactivated Users
- The issue where shift swap records weren’t displayed in the Shift Swap Center History tab or the Activity Report after one of the swapping users was inactivated has been fixed. To view, select the Notification Center (bell) button > Shift Swap Center > select the History tab, or select Reports > Scheduling > Activity Report.

ERM Dashboard
- All view options in the ERM Dashboard now display the date and time the last census data was received. Additionally, the hourly census now displays at the top of the card or list item for each department or day being viewed.
- From the top menu, select Dashboards > ERM Dashboard.
- Select the desired Mode and Filter Settings from the respective drop-down lists. The date and time the last census data was received displays at the top of the screen. Additionally, the time the census data was received displays next to the Census label on each card or list item.
NOTE: Options will only populate in the Filter Settings drop-down list if you have previously saved one or more View Settings using the Filters button > Create New option. |

ShiftWizard Tips: Productivity Gauge
Learn about viewing staffing based on census. |
|
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
The productivity gauge is a quick view to see your staffing based on your census rather than your par levels.
Let's get started!
- Go to Schedule > Staffing Worksheet.
|

|
|
| |
| |
 |
- Or, go to Dashboards > Manager.
|
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
| |
 |
- Use the Grid Score to view the Staffing Plan (Direct Earned vs. Staffed).
- Use the Of Target to view the Actual vs. Budgeted HPPD (using the Staffing Plan Productivity Target and based on a midnight census)..
- When staffing levels are short (above 104%), they appear blue.
- When staffing levels are high (below 94%), they appear red.
- When they are even (between 94% and 104%), they appear green.
- Set Exempt Hours in the Department build to represent the number of hours that should be deducted from the total Direct Actual Hours for the day. This generally represents Managers.
- Predicted Census only displays for the beta site using this feature.
- View how many hours have been flexed each day with Daily Flexed Hours (sums hours from Flex icons like Floated, On Call, Sent Home).
- Avg Acuity will only be seen if using AAM.

| NOTE: The colors used for the Staffing Worksheet are configurable in Enterprise Settings. So, they can be changed to reflect the purple for overstaffed and red for understaffed, if desired. |
