National Doctors' Day is March 30th!
National Doctors' Day honors the dedication and compassion demonstrated each day by more than one million physicians caring for patients nationwide. Starting over 90 years ago in Winder, Georgia, Eudora Brown Almond first encouraged her community to recognize physicians with cards for their extraordinary life-saving work. March 30th was chosen to commemorate the first use of anesthesia during surgery in 1842, and the day was officially recognized by the U.S. government in 1990. Today, we proudly continue this tradition, taking time to recognize, appreciate, and support the physicians who improve lives and strengthen our communities every day.
Join us in celebrating National Doctors' Day and let doctors know we appreciate them and wholeheartedly support them.

Average Hours By Week Report
- Resolved the issue where staff members’ FTE Hours didn’t display on the Average Hours By Week report. To view, select Reports > Payroll > Average Hours By Week. Staff members’ FTE Hours are calculated based on the value selected in the FTE column on the Staff > Scheduling Rules screen.
O / U Staffing Plan Report
- Resolved the issue where an error message appeared when the O / U Staffing Plan report was selected. To view, select Reports > Staffing Levels > O / U Staffing Plan.
Inactive Icons
- Resolved the issue where icons continued to display on the Schedule screens and in the Event Report after the Type was set to Inactive. SuperUsers can configure icon types on the QuickLinks > Manage Icons > Enterprise Icon Settings tab. To view the Event Report, select Reports > Scheduling > Event Report.

Learn how to anchor weekly schedules. |

Have you ever switched departments in ShiftWizard and wished your selected week would remain on display? There is a easy way to keep your Weekly Staff View anchored to a specific week.
- From the top menu, select Schedule > Weekly Staff View.
- Use the Date Selector to choose your desired week.
- In the middle of the screen, select the Stay on the Selected Week checkbox.

- Switch to another department and the same week will still display.

| This is very helpful for multi-department schedulers who want consistency while reviewing staffing across units. |
