Celebrate the achievements and contributions of women and girls in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) on February 11th. International Day of Women and Girls in Science is a day dedicated to encouraging more women and girls to pursue careers in science and technology.
This date honors the birthday of Marie Curie, a pioneering physicist and chemist who made groundbreaking contributions to the fields of radioactivity and nuclear physics.

Here are a few additions and updates made in the most recent release.

Shift Incentive Dashboard
Resolved the issue where users were able to create duplicate shift incentives on the Shift Incentive Dashboard. With this fix, the Add and Edit buttons have been combined into a single Add / Edit button. To view, select Templates > Shift Incentive, select a shift that already has an incentive, then select the Add / Edit button and add an incentive to the shift. The shift incentive is now updated, rather than duplicated. |

ERM Dashboard
Resolved the issue where the ERM Note (pencil and paper) button didn’t display in red when there was an unread note on the ERM Dashboard. To view, select Dashboards > ERM Dashboard > select the desired Mode and Filter Settings. The ERM Note button now displays color-coded as follows:
- Red: Dates or departments with unread notes.
- Green: Dates or departments with notes that have been read.
- Black: Dates or departments without notes.

Schedule Template
Resolved the issue where users were unable to reassign or remove team assignments from staff members on the Schedule Templates screen.
- From the top menu, select Templates > Schedule Templates.
- Select a template and select the View button.
- Select the Filter Settings button. The Filter Settings pane displays on the right side of the screen.

- Select the Show Teams checkbox and select the Save & Apply button. The Team Click button displays to the right of the IconClick button and all assigned teams display in the data grid.
- Select the Team Click button and add, remove, or replace team assignments for staff members, as desired.

ShiftWizard Tips: Weekly Staff View
Learn how to view staff weekly schedules. |
|

View all staff members scheduled in a department for the week.
- From the top menu, select Schedule > Weekly Staff View. The Weekly Staff View screen displays icons next to staff members’ names, as applicable.
- Hover over an icon to view the icon details.

|
| |
- Select an icon to open the Icon Form pane. Some of the icon fields may be editable, depending on your department User Access Level or Login Type and the icon’s setting.
|
| |
|
|
| |
- Select the Export to Excel or Export to PDF button in the Schedule Wizard to save a copy of the Weekly Staff View in the default download folder on your computer.

| |
- Open the file to view the icons below the applicable staff members’ names.
