What's New... in ShiftWizard
Here are a few additions and updates made in the most recent release.
- ERM Dashboard
- Shift Incentive Dashboard Options
- Shift Incentive # Awarded

ERM Dashboard
- Two new checkboxes, Show Title and Show Staff Category, have been added to the Filters pane on the ERM Dashboard screen. When a Mode and / or View option is configured with these checkboxes checked, each staff member’s Title and Staff Category will display below their scheduled position.
- From the top menu, select Dashboards > ERM Dashboard.
- Select the desired Mode and View options.
- Select the Filters button to display the ERM Filters pane on the right side of the screen.
- Configure the filters as desired and select the checkboxes next to Show Title and Show Staff Category.
NOTE: The Show Title and Show Staff Category options are not compatible with the Show Tile View option. If the Show Tile View checkbox is checked, the Show Title and Show Staff Category checkboxes will be disabled. |

- Select the Apply button.
- Select a caret to expand a department or day. A new line listing their Title and Staff Category displays below each staff member's scheduled position.
NOTE: If a staff member hasn’t been assigned a Title or Staff Category, the value will display as null. |

Shift Incentive Dashboard Options
- The following changes have been made to the Shift Incentive Dashboard:
- Renamed the Required field to Offered in the Shift Incentive Options pane and the minimum value has been set to 1.
- The # Offered and # Awarded columns now display in the data grid, by default.
- From the top menu, select Templates > Shift Incentives.
- In the Shift Incentive Dashboard screen, select the checkbox next to one or more shifts, then select the Add or Edit button. The Shift Incentive Options pane displays on the right side of the screen.
- Select a type from the Incentive Type drop-down list, then enter the number of incentivized shifts being Offered and the Amount of the incentive in the corresponding fields.
- Select the Save button. The updated values display in the # Offered and # Awarded columns.

Shift Incentive # Awarded
- The issue where the # Awarded value didn’t update on the Shift Incentive Dashboard when a staff member was approved to work an incentivized shift has been fixed. To view, select Templates > Shift Incentive.

ShiftWizard Tips: M Shifts

M shifts in Shiftwizard are also known as Miscellaneous Shifts. M shifts are created when you split or edit a shift.
NOTE: Superuser access is needed to limit the number of daily M shifts created in Shiftwizard.
Let's get started!
- Go to Superuser > System Settings > Departments.

- Select the desired department.
- Select the pencil icon to the left.
- In the pop-up window, scroll to the Daily M Shift field.
- Add the amount of daily M shifts to be allowed.

|
| |
| With Superuser access you also have access to the Enterprise setting Miscellaneous Shift Rename, which would rename future M Shifts to display as Shift Start Time – Shift Length (hours and minutes). For example, a shift that starts at 7:30am and lasts for 5 hours and 45 minutes would be named 0730-05h45m. |
