Scheduling teams often have to make quick staffing decisions while also keeping up with incentive use, open shifts, and department coverage. That gets more complex when teams are working across multiple departments and need a clearer view of where incentive activity is happening and how staffing needs are being covered.April brought several ShiftWizard updates that added new ways to review and work with scheduling data. Teams can now export Shift Incentive Dashboard data to Excel, compare incentive shifts to staff members’ primary departments in a new Enterprise Report, identify incentivized shifts more easily on the Open Shifts screen, and view shift requests across other departments where they have manager access.Taken together, these updates make it easier to review incentive activity, compare staffing patterns across departments, and act on requests with better context. That gives teams more practical support for the everyday decisions that keep scheduling work moving. These ShiftWizard updates help strengthen the reporting and workflow support that teams rely on to manage daily staffing activity.
