Expected This Month: New Revenue Cycle Dashboard

The Revenue Cycle Dashboard will showcase overall assessment performance vs. national benchmarks; score variations. Once available, you’ll first access Insights (review here ), and then select “Analytics” from the top navigation. The new Revenue Cycle Dashboard is expected to be released at the end of June 2026. This new release will integrate data from all revenue cycle suite products—including FinThrive Learn, HCPro, AHIMA, and HealthStream—into a unified dashboard experience. The current Control Center will run simultaneously for several months to seamlessly transition users to the new platform. The data will remain the same, and several new features will be added.  
   

Coming Soon: hStream for Portal 

Soon, you’ll see a refreshed, modern look—while keeping the same easy experience for submitting and tracking your support cases.

What’s new?
The Support Portal is moving to hStream ID for login, so you’ll no longer need separate credentials to access support. One login, fewer passwords to remember. Beta testing is still underway and further details about the roll-out will be communicated soon.
