What’s new?

The Support Portal is moving to hStream ID for login, so you’ll no longer need separate credentials to access support. One login, fewer passwords to remember. Beta testing is still underway and further details about the roll-out will be communicated soon.

American Red Cross Resuscitation Suite

American Red Cross Combo courses (ALS+BLS and PALS+BLS) will be available for purchase later this month. These courses combine the full ALS or PALS course with the BLS challenge course for a convenient and streamlined experience. The combo courses are only currently available as a blended offering, requiring an instructor check off for the combination skills session. 

Reminder: All current students in progress in R21 American Red Cross courses (legacy) must complete the course by August 31, 2026. All legacy courses will be retired at that time and students will need to be reenrolled in the new American Red Cross R25 courses. 

We’re excited to announce that a new and fully updated version of our Manikin Skills app will be released this July. This update was developed in close collaboration with our customers, incorporating valuable feedback gathered through focus groups to deliver meaningful improvements. The new version is designed to enhance performance, streamline usability, and address long-standing challenges identified by users. This is a brand new app, customers will be required to upload the app prior to releasing in their organization so you will be in complete control of your roll out. Please watch for the June customer notification where we will share more details regarding the app update.

• Voice coaching 
• Adjustable font size 
• Simplified manikin connection interface 
• Clean intuitive look and feel 
• 2-rescuer CPR (replaces the current 1-rescuer format)
