    American Red Cross Resuscitation Suite
    Expected This Week: New Resuscitation Reporting Dashboard 
    We're updating your reporting dashboard to a new platform that brings enhanced performance and improved stability! The layout and information you rely on will remain familiar, but behind the scenes, we’re setting the foundation for several key enhancements to come in the new year. NOTE: Your existing Resuscitation Dashboard will remain available as we all transition to this upgraded platform.
     
    Expected This Month: 2025 FA/CPR/AED Courses 
    We previously expected to release the American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses yesterday, but we’re actively working through a few technical issues discovered during our final review. We’ll keep you updated as our teams progress, but we expect these courses will be ready for assignment in a few weeks. 
    • Following this release, learners accessing the content for the first time will automatically receive the updated 2025 course version.
    • Any learners that are in progress prior to this release must complete by August 31, 2026.
    • The 2025 First Aid Guidelines are now available – review here!
    All First Aid/CPR/AED instructors are required to take the FA/CPR/AED Instructor Update course before performing skills checks for students taking the 2025 courses. For instructors with HealthStream Learning Center (HLC) student accounts, this Instructor Update course will be assigned automatically when we release the First Aid/CPR/AED courses later this month. 

    As a reminder, the updated healthcare courses (BLS, ALS, PALS) will be available on February 3, 2026 – learn more:
