Live: New Outcomes Dashboard
|
A new “Compliance Management Outcomes Dashboard” is now available to all administrators with this role: Program Administrator - Safety & Compliance. Once released, you’ll first access Insights (review here), and then select “Analytics” from the top navigation. We’ll publish Help documentation and training webinars soon, but you can look forward to leveraging this new resource to:
- Show learning impact and ROI by highlighting “seat time” saved and returned to patient care through the use of pre-assessments.
- Provide clear visibility into compliance completion rates to strengthen confidence in your compliance program.

Expected March: “Regulatory Course Wizard” Includes State-Specific Recommendations
|
Last summer we released the “Regulatory Course Wizard” to guide administrators through creating a curated training plan for various audiences, like Clinical, Medication Dispensing; Non-Clinical, Patient-Facing; Physicians & Practitioners; etc. (review here). Currently, the Wizard returns applicable regulatory requirements and recommended courseware to meet requirements from CMS, OSHA, HHS, and the EEOC. In March, you’ll see updates to your initial dropdown selections, so the Wizard can recommend applicable state-specific courses and allow you to filter your results by regulatory body (preview here)!
NOTE: The State drop down will initially only appear for the Skilled Nursing Facility and Assisted Living Facility settings. As our development of state-specific content continues across all care settings, we will expand this functionality to additional settings. |
