Batch Update
- Images uploaded through Bolt’s Batch Update using the Malpractice Carriers table and the scanned links fields will now automatically be saved in the provider’s Documents and Images record area.
Appoint Worklist Quick View
- Added a new Review Status column to the Appoint Worklist Quick View data grid (Data > Quick View > Appoint Worklist). Use this column to filter for records based on the review statuses of None Completed, Some Completed, and All Completed.

Privilege Forms
- Privilege forms have been updated to improve both layout and formatting. Cluster headers and their associated privilege details will remain together on the same page when a page break occurs. Additionally, font types and sizes across the form have been standardized for better readability.

CredentialStream Tip: Provider Type Values

CredentialStream comes with five Provider Types that can be utilized to categorize provider records for easy organizing, searching, and reporting. The Provider Type field is available when adding a new provider and can be viewed in the Demographics record area once the provider record is created.
Let's get started!
- From the top menu, search for and select the provider.
- Select the provider's Demographics record area.
- Select the Type ellipsis to change the provider type.

- Or, select Search > Provider, to view the list of Provider Type values (Provider, Nurse, Allied Health, Non-Clinical Staff, and Vendor).

The five values listed are the default content values, but did you know these values can be edited or hidden?
- To edit or hide, select Set up > System > Configuration > System Parameters.
- Scroll to the Labels section.
- Edit the names for the provider type categories.
- To hide a provider type, change the Use? toggle to NO.
NOTE: There must be at least one Provider Type used since it is a required field under the provider’s record. Additionally, there are only five Provider Types available because these values are meant to be broad categories for provider records. Utilize fields such as provider category or screen extenders if more specific values are needed. |
