Something New Is Coming for Our Credentialing Community

For 2026, we’re bringing the user group experience closer to you! Next year, HealthStream will host regional, 1.5-day credentialing user group meetings across the nation instead of one national Thrive conference.

Closer to home — shorter travel times.
More affordable — easier for your whole team to join.
Locally connected — network with peers and HealthStream experts in your region.

This conference is dedicated to CredentialStream, but clients using HealthStream's other credentialing softwares are welcome to attend.

Roster Template Field Settings

Added the Provider Credentials / License table to the Screen Extender Table drop-down list in the Roster Template Field Settings.

Counting Reports

Renamed Bolt Editor’s Spreadsheets tab to Counting Reports.

Additional Provider Emails

Added a new Bolt variable to output the provider email addresses that are NOT marked as primary or Hub to Bolt Queries, Forms / Letters, Listings, Counting Reports, and Exports.

CredentialStream Tip: Next Reappointment Date Learn how to auto-populate the Next Reappointment Date.

Did you know? You can automatically populate the Next Reappointment Date on a privilege form using the Privilege Settings option Auto Populate Next Reappointment Date from Privilege Grant Expiration Date. When enabled, this setting uses the granted privilege’s expiration date to auto-populate the Next Reappointment Date for the facility associated with that privilege form.

Let's get started!

From the top menu, select Set up > System > Configuration > System Parameters.
Scroll to the Privilege Settings section and set the Auto Populate Next Reappointment Date from Privilege Grant Expiration Date option to Yes.

Update the Privilege Grant Expiration Date in the provider’s Privileges record area using Quick Privileges, Grant, or the Credentialing Dates Quick Edit screen.

The new expiration date automatically populates the Current Appt To date for the facility (or facilities) where the privileges are granted.
The Current Appt From date updates to one day after the previous Current Appt To date.
A Credentialing History record is created automatically for the facility where privileges are granted.
