Application Request Review
- Added an Import Value column to the Application Request review screen to allow users to edit the Hub Value prior to accepting the request.

Audit Trail
- Application requests entries will now be created in Audit Trail.
Privilege Request Image
- CredentialStream now generates the Privilege Request PDF Image using only the provider’s selections submitted in the Hub, which ensures the final document accurately reflects the provider’s intent.
Previously, it was difficult to discern which privileges were pre-selected by users vs. the privilege items the provider changed or refined. This enhancement gives users a clearer representation of the provider’s privileging choices. |

CredentialStream Tip: Automatically Add New Providers to Payer Contracts

Currently, when a new provider or multiple providers need to be enrolled with Payers through CredentialStream, there are multiple steps needed to associate the provider with their practice location, the group, and then attach the Payer Contracts. A shorter way to do this is by adding providers to an Org's Office / Location then selecting the payer contract(s) to be added to the providers at that location!
Let's get started:
- From the top menu go to Organizations.
- Select an Organization.
- Select a Location.
- Right-click on the selected location and select Add/Remove Providers.

- In the popup window, search for and select the new provider(s).
- Select the Add Selected button.
- Then select the Payer Options tab at the bottom.

- Select the Payer Contract(s) ellipsis and select the desired Payer Contract(s). NOTE: The Payer Contracts table is multi-select.

- The new Payer Contracts record is logged in the provider’s Payer Contracts record area.
