Select your user profile in the upper right corner.

CredentialStream for Groups Tip: CAQH Import Save Progress

Learn how to save while reviewing CAQH Imports.

The CAQH Import feature now lets you save your work in progress! When importing CAQH or ADA profiles, review and edit the data in the preview screen, then select Save Progress to pause and resume later without losing your updates. This improvement makes provider onboarding and record updates smoother and more reliable.

Let's get started!

On the left navigational panel, select Providers or Import.
Select the +Create button and then the +CAQH Import option.

To initiate a new import, select on the Import button.

Add the provider’s CAQH credentials.
If the import is for a dental provider, set the ADA toggle switch on.

Review and edit the CAQH / ADA data as needed in the preview screen.
To save the progress, select the Save Progress button.

To finish reviewing the import, select Import > CAQH Import > In Progress tab.
