AMA Continuous Monitoring
- Updated AMA Continuous Monitoring to include an Enroll button on the provider's AMA Record area for enrolling a provider in Continuous Monitoring. Also, added an AMACM folder to the Automation folder in Bolt > Editor > Queries allowing for enrolling or unenrolling multiple providers at one time.
Bolt
- Enhanced navigation in the legacy Bolt interface by moving the Counting Reports tool to the Others tab for better organization and easier access.

Quick Edit
- Increased the number of line items that can be edited through Quick Edit from 5 line items to 10 line items.
Bolt Letters
- Added a new Email Delivery Delay toggle to Bolt Letters > Delivery tab. When toggled to YES, the delivery via email will combine as one if the email and the subjects are the same. The combined email will be sent at 12:00am the next day (this time cannot be customized).

CredentialStream Tip: AMA Continuous Monitoring
Learn how to use the new updates to enroll or unenroll providers in AMA Continuous Monitoring. |

|
|
|
| |
Enroll a provider in the AMA (American Medical Association) Continuous Monitoring Service manually using the new Enroll button or using a Bolt query in the new Automation/AMACM folder. Then set the query to run nightly to receive an updated list of providers that have changes on their AMA profile.
Updated AMA profiles save to the provider’s verification record. User alerts are also created.
NOTE: There may be a setup charge for enrolling a new provider in the AMA CM service.
Let's get started!
System Settings:
- From the top menu go to Set up > Systems > Configuration > System Parameters.
- Select the Integrated Accounts tab.
- Scroll to the AMA Global record.
- Add the AMA credentials from your AMA account.
- Add the user who will receive the AMA alert when an updated profile is found.

User Settings:
Add this setting to all users who will be processing AMA CMS.
- From the top menu go to Set up > System > User / Group > User / Group Maintenance > select a user or group > Entity Security.
- On the Provider Areas Security tab, select the AMA checkbox.
- On the User Branding tab, select the AMA checkbox.
- Repeat for each user or group and for each facility as needed.

Enroll a Provider Manually:
NOTE: There may be a setup charge for enrolling a new provider in the AMA CM service.
- Select a provider.
- Select the provider AMA record area.
- Select the Enroll button in the AMA Continuous Monitoring section.

Enroll or Unenroll a Provider with a Query:
NOTE: There may be a setup charge for enrolling a new provider in the AMA CM service.
- From the top menu, select Bolt > Editor.
- Create a new query and save in the Automation/AMACM folder.
|
|
|

- In the drop-down, select the option for the query to perform an enrollment or unenrollment.
|
|
|
| |
- The query will run nightly to check the AMA website for updates to the providers’ profiles.
- When AMA finds an updated profile, the updated profile will be copied from the AMA website and returned as a new record to the provider’s Verification record area.
- An alert will be sent to the user selected to receive alerts in System Parameters.
