Batch Add and Update
- Bolt Batch Add and Batch Update functions are now available for multi-select table screen extenders.
Database Backup History Log
- Use the Database Backup History Log to view the backup status, timestamp, backup type or download the data to an Excel file. To view, go to Set Up > System > Heartbeat.

Mid-Cycle Processes
- Privilege forms are now eligible for mid-cycle privilege requests if they are already in an active appointment or reappointment process. Users can process mid-cycle privilege requests independently of the standard review cycle while a provider is undergoing a current appointment or reappointment.
User / Group Settings
- Added a new Roster Manager - Historical Rosters Delete Records setting to the User / Group Maintenance Settings tab to restrict deletion of historical roster records.

- Application Maintenance:
- 10:00 PM - 11:00 PM CT Every 3rd Wednesday.
- System Maintenance:

CredentialStream Tip: Batch Add and Batch Update
Learn how to add or update multiple provider records. |
|
|

|
|
|
| |
Batch Add and Batch Update functions allow users to quickly add or update multiple provider records at one time. Use this function for updating malpractice insurance dates or assigning admin accounts during reappointment.
NOTE: Admins will need to turn on the Batch Update toggle in a user's Settings before the user can perform this task. |

| CAUTION: There is no way to undo changes made through Batch Add and Update. Review before processing. |
| |
|
|
| |
Let's get started!:
- From the top menu, select Bolt > Editor.
- Select a query or create a new one.
|
|
|
| |
- Select the Gear icon to execute the query.
- Select the Others tab.
|
|
|
| |
For Batch Update:
- Select Batch Update from the drop-down menu.
- For Step 1, select the table and field that will be updated.
- For Step 2, add the new value.
- For Step 3, review the records to be updated.
- Select the Gear icon to execute and update the records.

For Batch Add:
- Select Batch Add from the drop-down menu.
- Select the table from the drop-down menu.
- Add the new value in the appropriate field.
- Review the accuracy of the value to be updated.
- Select the Execute button.
