This Month’s Focus

Credentialing teams often use reports, exports, and integrations to check activity, review system outputs, and trace when updates occurred. When reporting lacks enough timing detail, or system-generated updates don't include enough context, that work can take more manual review than it should.

Recent updates in CredentialStream help strengthen that work through targeted enhancements in Connect API, Bolt, and Enroll. For organizations using Connect API, outbound event messages now include the date and time of the related data change, making it easier to confirm when a record update occurred. Bolt adds Sent Date and Time and Received Date and Time variables for Verification records, and Bolt query results now support direct links to organization records. Enroll also adds workflow grids, expanded Hub Workflow reporting variables, additional roster options, and more organization detail in payer contract filtering.

Taken together, these updates help reduce some of the manual effort that comes with tracing activity across reports, queries, and integrations. Learn more

What’s New and Noteworthy

Connect API notifications now include data change date and time
For organizations using Connect API, outbound event notifications triggered by data changes can now include the related date and time, making it easier to track when an update occurred [WI 107871].

Bolt adds date-and-time variables for verification records
Bolt now includes Sent Date and Time and Received Date and Time variables for more precise reporting and exports [WI 104613].

Bolt makes it easier to open organization records from query results
Users can now open organization records directly from Bolt query results, making it easier to navigate organization-based data [WI 109876].

Enroll adds workflow, reporting, and roster enhancements
Recent Enroll updates added workflow grids in Organization and Organization Location areas, expanded Hub Workflow variables for reporting and exports, and added roster enhancements such as new filter columns, variable options, and interface improvements [WI 108497, 109379, 106548, 109269, 110877].

Product and Application Highlights

Additional highlights this month include supporting updates in CredentialStream's integrations, Enroll, and the Credentialing product family's Content Library.

Axuall matching and import reliability
Recent Axuall updates improved handling of incomplete data, reduced duplicate values during acceptance, and improved reappointment matching accuracy. Together, these changes should reduce manual cleanup and help incoming data align more reliably with existing CredentialStream records.

CredentialStream for Groups reporting, import, and export improvements
Recent CredentialStream for Groups updates improved reporting, exports, imports, and bulk document handling. These changes support more flexible reports, easier access to provider and location data, and more reliable spreadsheet output.

Content Library updates
Content Library additions include new AMA Continuous Monitoring queries and Bolt reports, import and mapping updates, and new or updated payer, provider, and facility forms. Updates include the Hide from Hub variable in the 040 Specialties import map.
