Expected This Month: New Automation & Learning Profile
    Review Master List►
    Review 2023-25 Releases►

    Live
    • Content Updates: Last month we updated these Skills Self-Evaluations: Acute Behavioral Health, Cardiovascular Technologist, Surigical Technologist, Emergency Medical Technician, and Social Worker. The Student Graduating Nurse and the New Graduate Nurse knowledge assessments were also updated.
    Expected August
    • Student Group Automation: Based on customer feedback, we're refining a few functions before releasing this new feature that enables auto-enrollment using HealthStream Learning Center (HLC) student groups. Once available, jane administrators can auto-enroll learners into Pathways based on their department, job title, job category, etc. Once enrolled in the automated Pathway, learners are assigned assessments and development based on the Pathway’s configuration.
    • Learner Profile: We’re enhancing the learning profile page – preview here! This new version provides a tabbed layout (Pathways, Assignments, Skills Passport, User Information, and Admin Access) and will display profile details, assessment scores, transcripts, and development milestones. It also tracks assessments, development courses, and reassessment progress, showing completion statuses, scores, and percentage improvements.

    Monthly Update
    Review Master List►

If you contract for CE Unlimited, we recommend reviewing our updated Master List each month, especially the Change Log tab that details recent retirements, applicable replacements, course title changes, version updates, and more. In addition, please note:
    • National Pharmacy Technician Association (NTA) Content: Courses are now separated by discipline with distinct versions available for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians – refer to the Master List’s Change Log for exact titles. NOTE: The pre-existing courses were revised to create the pharmacy versions, so learners previously enrolled will remain in the pharmacist technician versions. The pharmacist versions are brand-new courses and require new enrollments or assignments.

Effective Oct. 1: Skill Development Courses Require Course Evaluation
    Review Master List►

Beginning October 1, the course evaluation for all Dynamic Health skill development courses will be updated from optional to required when assigned via the HealthStream Learning Center (HLC). With this change, the existing course evaluation will also be updated to a simple 6-question format to provide feedback on the effectiveness of the training material. Collecting and reviewing this feedback is a necessary step to maintain course accreditation and is the normal practice for CE-bearing courses. NOTE: This update does not require new course versions. No additional administrator or learner action is required.
